WHAT:

Fiesta Charity Spectacular is dedicated to raising awareness and much needed funds for Cancer Research.

Fiesta Charity Spectacular, Saturday May 5, 2012, features an enchanting multi-cultural “Broadway Style” Equestrian and Musical spectacular.  This performance is a dazzling display of the inimitable magnificence, elegance, and agility highlighted with Latin, Mariachi, and other Music, as well as, Flamenco, and Folkloric dancing.  The evening will also include a wonderful variety of celebrities, including the popular USC Mascot Traveler®, vendors, foods, silent auction, raffles, and to top it off the raffle of a Yamaha Golf Cart.  What a wonderful Mother’s Day Celebration.  Fiesta in it’s 14^th year, presented by Fiesta of the Spanish Horse, also, plays an important role in integrating communities by honoring horses and people steeped in rich tradition.

The Fiesta Charity Horseshow will once again have horses competing during the day from Wednesday, May 2 to Saturday, May 6^th in a horse show competition that is free to the public.

WHY:

To bring much needed awareness and funds for Cancer Research.  Many local and national organizations have benefited from funds raised through Fiesta including USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, American Cancer Society, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.   Fiesta brings together the special healing power of horses and people.

     Gates Open and Festivities begin at 3:00 p.m.
     Extravaganza begins at 6:00 p.m.
     Multi-breed Horse show May 2 through May 6

   Peruvian Paso Classes, Friesian, Dressage, Carriage Driving,
   Plantation Walking  and Open Classes

  **Tickets purchased through LAEC Box Office will incur a $3.00 Service Charge.  All Tickets are sold through the Box Office from April 30th through May 5th, so purchase early to avoid the service charge.
